What is the return policy?

What is the warranty?

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

    Game changer

    These earbuds have been a game changer for my sleep. They are very comfortable and stay in my ears with no irritations or pain (and I am a teeth grinder). There are many different masking and sleep sounds that are available and what I found is some work(mask) better in different environments (like hotel vs snoring)- higher pitch brown noise vs calming sounds like ocean. This is a huge benefit to have many options.

    These saved me when I had to sleep at the hospital with a sick friend and they cancelled much of the typical sounds allowing me to sleep.

    The sleep analysis is in the works (beta) and not reliable yet. I do agree that the battery life could be longer and occasionally when replacing the ear buds into the case, they do not make contact or engage and so do not charge. Just have to make sure they are placed in correctly.

    Life-changing

    These are my second pair (after having had Boze). Oh my, what a life-changing development - without a word of exaggeration. While I already loved these, the latest model are superior and I am thrilled. The sleep data is super interesting. The case feels stronger and moves better. I am a side sleeper yet find these consistently comfortable. I can't sleep without my Ozlos and highly recommend them.

    Sleepbuds have changed my life.

    When I hit menopause my sleep became erratic. That all changed when I started using Sleepbuds. I might still waken but listening to the sound of the ocean on my Sleepbuds sends me right back to dreamland. I love the Bluetooth connection as I often listen to a story or do a meditation before getting up in the morning. And if I set an alarm on Sleepbuds I don’t disturb my husband. Thank you Sleepbuds

    When the product works, it’s great, but my right earbud won’t respond to the charging case. I’ve tried repeatedly to get a warranty replacement, but customer support has ghosted me. I’ve followed up numerous times with no response. Not sure what else to do. I wouldn’t recommend this product with all the issues I’ve had…especially customer support.

    Great replacement for my Bose sleepbuds

    I was looking for a good product that replicated my old Bose sleepbuds. These do just the same however I find the connection a bit clunky sometimes, not sure if that’s due to my internet connection. Once connected they keep going all night. Very happy
