Ozlo Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a product sold by Ozlo, you may return it in accordance with the terms of this return policy.

Most unopened items sold by Ozlo (excluding items sold on Kickstarter or Indiegogo)  in new condition may be returned for a refund or store credit within 60 days from the date the order for the applicable item is shipped.  Some items sold by Ozlo may have a modified return policy noted on the packing slip, the Site, the App or in the item description.  Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

You may initiate a request for a return by emailing support@ozlosleep.com

 Your refund may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Your return was outside of the return window.
  • The item was non-returnable or non-returnable if opened.
  • We were unable to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return based on the information provided.
  • The item was not purchased directly from Ozlo.

In most cases, for returns accepted in accordance with this Return Policy for a refund, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  If you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may go back to all payment methods used.  If you’ve lost the credit or debit card the refund is supposed to go back to you on, contact the card issuer for refund information.

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your refund.  If your shipping charges are not refunded and you believe this is in error, please contact us at support@ozlosleep.com to determine if you are eligible.  You may not be refunded for shipping charges if your return was declined or your return was not due to an error by Ozlo.
