Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

    Exceptional customer service

    I have been using Ozlo sleepbuds for over a year, and another brand prior to that. These sleepbuds are essential for a good night's sleep.

    I had an issue with my Ozlo sleepbuds a couple of weeks ago and, after reaching out for help and troubleshooting, they solved my problem quickly, and the company exceeded my expectations.

    I am now a customer for life, and will continue to turn to Ozlo for any future sleepbud needs.

    Transformational Product

    I absolutely love this product, and the support I’ve had from the company. I started having tinnitus about 4 months ago which I found very distressing particularly as it massively affected my sleep.

    Ozlo was recommended by my audiologist and it has had a huge impact on me - getting me back at least an additional hour and 15 minutes of sleep a night.

    Game Changers for Restful Sleep

    I had the Boze sleep buds for the last 3 years. I had to have my first set replaced, but they replaced them with refurbished buds. Then just recently, the right bud stopped functioning.

    I had researched the Ozlo buds a while back and was impressed. I really do need these in order to have a good sleep. I have had these Ozlos for about a month. They are working well and I am impressed with the quality. Sleep buds are a game changer for me. I hope these will stay on the market so that people like me can continue to have restful sleeps!

    Comfortable and I like the choice of masking sounds. The Ozlo sleep buds have made a real difference, meaning I only get up once a night instead of two or three times. Well worth it for me.

    After 20 years of not being able to sleep through noise …any noise and especially loud snoring my world has changed. With the masking and perfect fit (they do not fall out and are super comfortable) I literally can sleep through now. I’ve even stopped taking any sleep aids when things got bad so I am super happy with the product!!!

    Doing the Job!!!

    The product is good! I do sleep better, which is the most important feature. There are still some (technical?) problems - establishing connection is not always seamless, I still have to understand the analytics (one night I took the headphones out of my ears for a while, maybe like for an hour, but in the morning they showed normal measurement as if they were in my ears...). Generally - I do recommend testing them, especially if you have a noisy "environment"...

    I had the Bose sleepbuds before for 4 years and unfortunately one of the bud broke. I’ve purchased the Ozlo ones and it is even better than the ones I had. It changes your sleep life!

    Great for restful deep sleep

    I first bought the Ozlo Sleepbuds in June 2025 after years of struggling to stay asleep and get rest that actually felt restorative. They’re definitely a splurge, but I’m genuinely glad I invested in them because they’ve made a noticeable difference to my sleep quality.

    The app can be a bit buggy, and the initial setup wasn’t the smoothest. I also had some trouble using the Sleepbuds to stream other meditation apps. That said, customer service was excellent — they quickly sent me a replacement pair while I was still under warranty.

    Since using them, I’ve been sleeping deeper and for longer, feeling less anxious, and I’ve even stopped grinding my teeth. Overall, I wake up feeling much more refreshed and better equipped to take on the day ahead.
