What is the Ozlo Flex Subscription and how does it work?

The Flex Subscription is a service that lends you one pair of Ozlo Sleepbuds for a low monthly price. There are no commitments and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. If your device breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.

How is Ozlo Flex different from financing?

The Flex Subscription is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

What does new or like new Sleepbuds mean?

Your Sleepbuds will either be new or refurbished. Each pair of refurbished Sleepbuds is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and tested before shipping. All Sleepbuds include brand-new eartips and come with a lifetime warranty.

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

    I'm in love

    Since these little buds came into my life I have experienced a dramatic improvement in the quality of my sleep. They fit snugly into the recess of my ears so that I can sleep comfortably on my side. I use the fall asleep mode which enables me to listen to my fav pod cast or music until I doze off. The little buds then switch to my chosen masking sound until I wake up. No more is my sleep disturbed by the snoring from my beloved.

    I want to also note that I had a small technical issue with my little buds which was resolved quickly by the super helpful customer support team.

    I'm a big fan of these little buds. Well worth the spend.

    I love everythint about these earbuds except the pain it causes on my cartilage. When I roll from side to side I have to kind of untwist them to give my ear a break, but I can still get the sound benefits so its not a deal-breaker. I just wish they had maybe a thicker silicone cover to cushion the edges better or something so that they are as comfy as the company claims them to be “for every ear”.

    Helping me sleep better!

    I love that I can turn on an audio book to listen to for a couple of hours and the sleep buds switch to my sleep sound when I set it to. I like that there's also an alarm feature. Even with a smaller sleeve, they are a bit large and uncomfortable for side sleeping, I've grown more accustomed to it but it hurt my ears for a long time. They are not entirely noise cancelling but act more like ear plugs that play sound, if that makes sense. There doesn't seem to be a background noise canceling frequency like other types of headphones. So I still hear my snoring spouse quite well if I'm awake. All things considered, I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue using them!

    I was really hoping that the noise cancellation feature would help my husband not hear my snore. It helps, but he has just had to go to the other room to get more sleep.

    Over a year in still working well.

    Every update has been an improvement. I came from Bose and right out of the box these were a huge improvement in all ways and are continuing to improve. Every device has their own eccentricity’s but even those have been easy to adopt to. I’m wondering if the hardware is still being improved since I was a somewhat early adapter. I have recommended several people to these and have heard positive feedback. In fact my daughter just ordered a set and is awaiting them at this time. Keep up the great work one of the best devices I’ve ever owned.
