What is the return policy?

What is the warranty?

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

    Sleep buds work well, but

    Sleep buds work prefectly. Now I can sleep without hearing snoring.

    But I feel discomfort if I sleep on my right side, and I can't adjust the earpiece properly so that it doesn't bother me. It'll just be a matter of getting used to it.

    The battery is also perfect. It lasts all night without any problems.

    best sleep buds after Bose stopped making them

    These are without a doubt the best sleepbuds on the market. I loved my Bose sleepbuds but after Bose stopped making them, I tried quite a few others. Nothing came close to the quality of Bose until I found these.

    Great, take a while to get used to!

    I bought these buds as I was spending weeks away from home and being woken by noisy people in corridors etc! Once getting the right size and working out I didn’t like the white noise after a podcast ends they are great.

    Worth sticking with.

    Life will never be the same again

    Ok, so I read all the reviews….got the sleepbuds….and now here I am….life will never be the same again, in the best way!!! My partner and I had slept apart for the last few months. I would try with normal ear plugs, and a pillow on my head sleeping top to tail, exhausted. Now we can sleep together every night and I don’t hear a thing!!!! We are so happy together again! Sleepbuds have given us something so valuable. Priceless!! Not only that, I have used them on long haul flights too, and I slept 7 hours on my last flight, with no disturbances at all!
