What is the Ozlo Flex Subscription and how does it work?
The Flex Subscription is a service that lends you one pair of Ozlo Sleepbuds for a low monthly price. There are no commitments and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. If your device breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.
How is Ozlo Flex different from financing?
The Flex Subscription is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.
How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

Do they have noise cancelling?
Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.
Can I stream anything?
Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.
Do they have an alarm?
Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.
Is there a phone-free mode?
While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.
What is the wireless range?
Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices.
Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?
Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 16.4 or later.

Ho finalmente ritirato il mio iPod Nano quinta generazione come set di auricolari per l'ora di coricarsi con Ozlo. Non mi fanno male alle orecchie quando dormo perché sono un dormiente laterale. Adoro la raccolta curata del rumore di fondo e della musica usata per aiutarmi ad addormentarmi. Adoro anche l'opzione di ascoltare la mia musica o podcast per aiutarmi ad addormentarmi.
Tuttavia, vorrei che la durata della batteria del caso di ricarica durasse più a lungo.

La qualità terribile e la scarsa risposta dal servizio clienti dopo che i cosiddetti gemme di sonno "migliorati" hanno smesso di funzionare dopo un mese. Le richieste ripetute di riparazione o sostituzione sono rimaste senza risposta. Non lo consiglierei. Queste sono le stesse persone che erano originariamente con Bose e lasciate per formare la propria compagnia. Sfortunatamente, non hanno imparato un servizio clienti adeguato e hanno ignorato le nostre richieste di riparazioni o sostituzioni. Il pezzo di tecnologia più deludente è stato ancora acquistato.
