What is the Ozlo Flex Subscription and how does it work?
The Flex Subscription is a service that lends you one pair of Ozlo Sleepbuds for a low monthly price. There are no commitments and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. If your device breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.
How is Ozlo Flex different from financing?
The Flex Subscription is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.
How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

Do they have noise cancelling?
Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.
Can I stream anything?
Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.
Do they have an alarm?
Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.
Is there a phone-free mode?
While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.
What is the wireless range?
Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices.
Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?
Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 16.4 or later.

I first want to say that I think this is a nice product and I'd like to explain my 3.75 stars. I have not personally used this product, I bought this as an anniversary present for my husband and he really, really likes them. Before making the purchase, I did some research on the earbuds, looking at the functionality, style, features and price of the product to ensure quality to price point. I also went through several reviews of verified purchasers and users of the product.
What influenced my purchase most, was the fact that the sleep buds came with an app that was designed to capture your sleep habits. And show the progress of ones better sleep. Now certainly an individual will know if they feel any beneficial advantages as a result of using the product. However, as of 11/17/2024 there still is no portion in the app dedicated to this. My husband advised that it says coming soon. I wish it was already there. That is the reason for the four star rating. Otherwise my husband loves the buds so far!

Was so excited by the prospect of the team that built the Bose Sleepbuds to create a new product that enhanced and improved on the original! I will say that there were a lot of complaints upon release about battery life, etc. but the team continues to work diligently to make constant updates and I can say I haven't gone back to my old Bose buds once. I also got a pair for my husband and loves that he can listen to his fav podcast as he goes to sleep. Big fan of Ozlo and all they are doing for sleep tech!

I was sleeping in another room and now I am back in my bed. It took a bit to figure out which noise would cancel the coring and how loud I would need the sleep buds. Now I think the sleep is better. I am adjusting, and I fall asleep so easily as soon as I put them in.

When Bose stopped making the sleepbuds, I had sleepless nights just thing about what will happen when my sleepbuds die. I was apprehensive about Ozlo taking it over, however I decided to be an early backer. There were hiccups in the beginning as would be with any new product, but the Ozlo team was always very receptive to feedback and has now resolved all issues, brought in awesome features and have made this a very stable product. I am loving my sleepbuds and every night I thank the the team and I owe my peaceful sleep to them :)

I’ve been a huge champion of SleepBuds since the first model back at Bose. The team eventually split off from Bose to do their own thing and the product is better than ever. I use my SleepBuds e very night so I can tune out the noise inside and outside my home. I start with a podcast and then the buds will transition to white noise after I fall asleep. It’s the perfect combination and exactly what I want for bed. I can’t recommend these enough.
