I bought them mainly to deal with snoring, and they’ve been very effective. I also have tinnitus, and the experience depends heavily on choosing the right sound and, especially, the right volume. Using the wrong sound or setting the volume too high can worsen tinnitus and interfere with sleep. I found that a softer, steady sound, like Misty Rain at a low volume, works very well. One improvement I’d suggest is adding guidance for tinnitus users in their setup instructions, as well as a way to adjust volume without opening the phone app, which can be inconvenient when you’re already trying to fall asleep.

You’ve saved my life, or at least my sleep, my health and my sanity.

From severe sleep issues to now looking forward to bedtime. Still waking up in the middle of the night sometimes but it only makes me smile cause then I can listen to my favourite audiobook until I fall back asleep.

Worth every penny!

The sleepbuds are great and have enabled me to sleep through my cat's meowing in the early hours of the morning when she thinks it's time for the day to start. They have also helped me get back to sleep more easily when I wake in the night as the consistent white noise keeps my brain in a more relaxed state. I have, however, found that the connection between the buds and the app can be a little finicky at times. I have it set to switch from streaming to white noise when the sleepbuds sense I have fallen asleep (which is an awesome feature) and, even though they generally do, a couple of times this has not happened. I was also disappointed to learn that the app does not yet track sleep data which is inconsistent with what I had read about the sleepbuds. Hopefully that upgrade is coming soon as that was the other reason I purchased these as opposed to a cheaper pair.
