Factory Reset Button

The Factory Reset button is located on the left side of the USB C charging port on the back of the Smart Case. The Factory Reset button is used to completely reset your Smart Case and Sleepbuds. It will remove all previously paired devices, resetting all settings to what was defined at the factory, and renaming the product to "Ozlo Sleepbuds".

Insert Paper Clip

Insert a thin paper clip into the hole and press until you feel a click.

Slide Smart Case Lid Open

With the Ozlo logo facing you, slide the lid of the Smart Case away from you to open. The Smart Case lights will show that the Smart Case is rebooting. Once rebooted, the Sleepbuds Lights will begin to blink when they start the connecting. Your Sleepbuds have now been reset to the factory settings.
