What is the warranty?

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

    Worth the extra money!

    Love them! One thing I love is how I can program them to play music or books or whatever on my phone for a while (I’ve chosen 45 minutes), and after that I can choose how long the sound I’ve chosen from the app continues!

    This wasn’t even mentioned in the reviews I watched but I love it!

    The case is heavier, feels more luxorious and easier to keep track of than soundcore. It’s also easier to get the headphones in the right place to charge them which wasn’t as easy with soundcore.

    Sound wise they feel the same as soundcore but as the Ozlo buds have the Bluetooth in the case the range isn’t great, if you want to walk around even a few meter you need to bring the case.

    They fit my ear perfectly and don’t fall out at night.

    I used Soundcore for a few years but they just didn’t live up to my expectations and I couldn’t get hold of extra parts, like new silicon buds in Sweden.

    Improvement over the Bose

    Very similar in size, function, effectiveness as the Bose but with a few updated features. My old Bose died when the batteries wore out so I was happy that Ozlo kept it going.

    I can’t sleep without these

    I’ve had my pair for a year now and they are an essential part of my sleep routine. I’ve struggled with falling asleep since I was a teenager. I use these to listen to sleep podcasts as I’ve found that’s the only thing that turns my mind off enough to sleep. They are very comfortable and block out sound even when they stop playing. I had some issues with the left bud not producing sound at the 6 month mark, I was able to reset and clean them to help. Sound still had issues but I wasn’t very proactive as the right bud was still fine. I contacted support 11 months into owning them. They were fantastic, even though I was getting to the end of my warranty they helped with a replacement. Before settling on these I tried the other options on the market but the quality was not as good. Do yourself a favour and try these! They changed my sleep habits and I can’t live without them now.
