What is the Ozlo Flex Subscription and how does it work?

The Flex Subscription is a service that lends you one pair of Ozlo Sleepbuds for a low monthly price. There are no commitments and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. If your device breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.

How is Ozlo Flex different from financing?

The Flex Subscription is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

What is the warranty?

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 16.4 or later.

    Have only used for 2 nights. They are very easy to use and start working when the case is opened, and it is no messing with an app.

    Only suggestion. Turn off your bluetooth setting, or they stop working for a few seconds every time you get a phone notification.

    Great product

    Very comfortable to wear, like that you can stream your own music or plenty of sounds to choose from. Have tried a pillow speaker and an alternative with a small amount of cable. However I can keep the OZLO in all night virtually unnoticed and comfortably.

    So have tried all these to help mask my tinnitus and so far I rate the OZLO above the others.

    Yet to find out how long they last but have been assured they use the best battery technology.

    Just perfect!

    I heard many good things about the Ozlo sleep buds, but once I received them I was very surprised by how comfortable and effective they are. They are so comfortable I sometimes forget they are in my ears when I wake up. Highly recommend them!

    The best sleep earplugs I’ve ever tried, worth every penny!

    I have rapidly getting to the end of my tether with my husbands snoring.

    We had just purchased a new bed for the spare room and it had started to become the norm to change rooms, each night due to his snoring!

    No ambient sounds or earplugs have been able to drown him out.

    We were just about to cancel a weekend away, as we couldn’t get two rooms. However, cue OZLO, it’s like they knew.

    It’s been 7 weeks and I’m like a new woman. I didn’t realise how little uninterrupted sleep I was getting. The sounds are regularly updated and it’s been really useful to have different sounds. What’s key, is the sounds play slightly differently in each ear, so rhythmic snoring is overridden by the ambient sounds.

    In addition the earplugs stay in…. All night! You can set an alarm, and also they act as normal ear buds as well, so you can stream insta and Netflix etc, until your drop off!

    I love them… one of the best purchases, I have ever made!
